Set the airconditioning to a moderate setting, Warm in Winter around 26C or around 22C Cool in Summer

The recently renovated toilet has a bidet and hand wash basin. The bathroom has a shower, a second toilet with bidet and vanity with a large mirror

You'll find everything you'll need to cook your favourite meals in the kitchen. There are large and small refrigerators, ensuring ample room for you and your housemates

For our tenants we provide several bicycles to use for travel to work, getting groceries, exercise and enjoyment

With a large washing machine, stainless steel tub and unit, washing becomes a breeze. There is a washing line outside and if it rains there is a portable clothing rack
